Payment and Reimbursement Options for everyone

At EQ-clinic, you have the option of paying for the examination and treatment yourself.

Payment can be made through Mobilpay, Paypal or bank transfer, either in Danish Kroner(DKK) or in EUR or HUF.

If you have your own company or your employer pays

If you have your own business, or if your employer covers the cost of treatment, the expense can generally be deducted as a business expense. Payment can be made via invoice and bank transfer.

Reimbursement Options (requires a Danish CPR number)

Public Health Insurance – Group 2
If you are a member of, or choose to switch to, Public Health Insurance Group 2, you may receive reimbursement for treatment with private specialist doctors without a referral.

You are eligible for regional reimbursement for your treatment. The reimbursement does not cover the full cost but corresponds to the standard adult psychiatry tariffs. The reimbursed amount after each consultation is based on the current official tariff list. Takstkor.

“danmark” Health Insurance
In some cases (Group 2), “danmark” Health Insurance may provide reimbursement for your treatment. You can contact “danmark” Health Insurance for further information about reimbursement options:

Please inform us that you are a member of “danmark” Health Insurance when booking an appointment.

Coverage through Private Health Insurance
Your assessment and treatment course may be covered by your private health insurance, either personally or through your workplace. Please contact your insurance provider for further information regarding approval for treatment with a psychiatrist.

Please note that in some cases, children may also be covered by private health insurance.
